*RETURN PERIOD : you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your purchase.


*CONDITION OF ITEM: items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (tag, mailer bag, external bag, no stains or visible views of damage) to qualify for a refund.

2. Provide your order number , a brief description of the reason for the return , and any relevant images (If applicable).


3. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred during fulfilment.

*We recommend using a trackable shipping service to exceed the chances of liability.

*Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.


4. REFUND PROCESSING

5. EXCHNAGES


*If you would like to exchange an item for a different size , please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired size


6. Damaged or Defective items


*If your item arrives damaged or defective , please contact our customer support immediately upon receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you .
